LM On-Board Scales For Air Or Spring Ride Suspension Trucks
The LM On-Board Weigh System use's state of the art 2-wire digital technology that eliminates problems such as calibration, moisture or EMI interference commonly associated with 4 wire analog systems. The LM system is the only system on the market that provides for steer axle weight using only software. The LM system is capable of operating with standard electronic load cells and air transducers through a mule train (Steer axle weight display plus four more axle groups). The LM comes standard to provide for multi trailer ID (20) for operators that switch trailers from one truck to another, or various preset 5th wheel positions. LM air-transducers are made from solid 17.4 stainless steel and all connectors are made from military spec' plastic to avoid problems caused by salts and other materials commonly put on roads during winter months. LM on-board weight management system allows you to know at the time of loading, your payload by each axle group including the steering axle weight through a B-Train. Stainless steel air-transducers are designed to work with any combination of air ride suspensions, Electronic loadcells on Hutch or Reyco spring suspensions and electronic loadcells on Holland or Fontaine 5th wheels. The LM system is the only system available that displays steer axle weight plus four additional axle groups and total gross vehicle weight. LM100 Indicator also provides a troubleshooting mode that will check every component of the system! Fleet Management Software Optional Fleet Management Software allows management to track Drivers, Trucks, Customers, Routes, and Products by account or job. Each load carried in your fleet can be tracked with a Time and Date stamp, Weight, Product hauled, Start and Finish Times, Driver, plus more. Collected data can be downloaded to a PC directly from the in cab indicator into the data base. Load Data can be drilled down by Dates, Customers, Account, Driver, etc then exported to popular computer programs. Customers in the USA using the Fleet Management Software can also have the ability to download data from the fleet in real time via Motorola cell phone.
