LM On-Board Forklift Weight Scales
The LM On-Board Weigh System for forklifts is a digital system designed to measure the peak load. This system operates by analyzing the peak signal over a pre-set time interval while the load is being picked up. This is a major time savings over existing static weighing systems for fork lifts. This on-board forklift weigh system has a track record of less than 2% error of total capacity. This scale system uses a patented digital 2 wire signal transfer which renders it immune to moisture and electromagnetic interference problems which are common with the analog 4 wire systems. Simple to use, yet durable and the most affordable system for your money. Average installation time 2 hours. Install the stainless steel hydraulic pressure load cell on the high side of the system, mount the indicator, calibrate with full capacity for best results (80% minimum). This scale can operate in lbs or Kg. With display resolutions in 10, 20, 50, 100 or 200. This system requires that your hydraulic system are up to manufactures standards. The transducer is easily installed on the high pressure side of the hydraulic lift cylinder. Customer to supply T fittings off hydraulic line. (1/8" NPT (pipe thread) for transducer end)

Patented digital encoder 2-wire technology eliminates EMI/RFI interference and moisture problems associated with analog technology. Typical system accuracy is 1-2%, depending on model & age of vehicle. 1.2-1.3% accuracy most common. Connect directly to a Optional PRT100 printer with Model LM101F-RS232 system. With printer option PRT100, each time ACCUM Key is depressed, unit prints current load weight and accumulator contents. Time & date can be printed along with load weight & accumulator contents. Fleet Management Software Optional Fleet Management Software allows management to track Drivers, Trucks, Customers, Routes, and Products by account or job. Each load carried in your fleet can be tracked with a Time and Date stamp, Weight, Product hauled, Start and Finish Times, Driver, plus more. Collected data can be downloaded to a PC directly from the in cab indicator into the data base. Load Data can be drilled down by Dates, Customers, Account, Driver, etc then exported to popular computer programs. Customers in the USA using the Fleet Management Software can also have the ability to download data from the fleet in real time via Motorola cell phone.

After installation & calibration, the system was within 400 lbs at 80,000 lbs ( .5% ). NOTE: Not all hydraulic systems will perform this good.
