LM On-Board Scales For Dump Trucks With Axle Group Software
LM weight management systems, the only on-board scale that displays at the time of loading, your weight by steer axle, drive axle group, and trailer groups individually, then provides total truck and trailer weight. These systems for the bulk hauling Industry are highly accurate and durable. The weighing system measures the payload with load cell pins that replace the existing factory hydraulic hoist and hinge pins of the tipping body. Alternately, the hoist pin load may be measured with a precision bonded strain gaged stainless steel Hydraulic Pressure Transducer. All loadcell pins are made from ISO 9000 4340 alloy steel, heat treated to a core Rockwell of 40 for superior high strength and long loadcell life. The system typically does not require cutting out your rear hinge assembly to install the loadcell pins. Typical system uses two custom loadcell pins and one loadcell pin or our high output hydraulic transducers in conjunction with the lift cylinder. Simply pull out the factory pins and replace with patent pending super high output Axial Loadcell Pins.
