Dyna-Link dynamometers...a working tool for your safety

If you test and / or certify your products in-house, MSI-7200 Dyna-Links are a perfect tool for that purpose. Currently, it is common for testers to use antiquated hydraulic-style dials to measure tension on test materials. However, the industry trend is toward greater accuracy and accountability, and Dyna-Link outperforms hydraulic devices in both these attributes. That makes it an ideal retrofit for these applications.

There are two methods you may use to certify a wire, sling or miscellaneous hardware. You can either load it until it breaks to determine the ultimate breaking strength, or proof load it up to a certain capacity. In either case, Dyna-Link's Peak Hold mode captures the data at 20 times per second. And since certification generally requires a hard copy of the test, you will probably require the Dyna-Link's RS-232 data output option. It provides an easy way to print reports. Dyna-Link also offers the other features suitable for this application: AC/DC power, remote indicator, mechanical-interface hardware, and capacities up to 500 tons.
