Tanitas high-capacity, specialty scales are now equipped with motion-sensing software that allows for weight to be measured in even your shakiest patient. If a subject cannot stand still
for 7 seconds, the auto-averaging software kicks in and measures the patient even if motion is still occurring. Tanita's new power-conserving display head allow 6 C size batteries to last an industry-leading 25,000 weighings, making these scales truly portable. Weight readings can be uploaded to EMR's and PC's automatically when connected to the built-in serial port. Weight recall, auto zero and dual-option auto tare standard on all acute and long-term scale models 4801, 4801K, 4501XL, 4521 and 3101.
