MINING TRUCK PLATFORM SCALES Custom Designed for weighing Mining Trucks. The unit is movable and breaks down into two sections with a maximum 13.5 foot width. This allows for ease of moving on standard highways. The overall weighing deck is 27 feet by 24 feet and has a overall capacity of 175 tons. It utilizes a steel deck. The approaches can be either dirt or gravel pushed up against the end supports as illustrated above. The unit can be certified Legal for trade if required. The weigh scale consists of Twelve ML400 - 125,000 pound Loadcells A ruggedly constructed Double ended shearbeam , the ML400 is ideal for Heavy Mining Truck Scale. Each Loadcell is made of nickel plated alloy steel and is completely environmentally protected and temperature compensated
Utilizes the proven self - aligning double - link mount providing floating motion in all directions , eliminating check rods and the inherent problems of compression or tension loadcells for a flexible weigh platform design.
